Lucy's rug
So, here is Lucy's rug, hot off the hook. I don't feel enormously pleased with this one, as there is perhaps too much white and I am still not sold on the lightest purpley pink being in there, plus the dark purple is extremely dark, but I do like this stripe idea. I started with this pattern from The Purl Bee, then added in some ideas from The Pippy Stripe BlanketĀ here. Despite starting with what seemed like a very long chain, it wasn't as wide as I wanted it, so I went for the wide border.
