I've thought of the Sara Groves song Why It Matters again recently, partly to do with "ethics", if you will (I love how she speaks of testifying to the gospel as being our narrating 'about the beauty of the beauty'), and partly to do with friendship (I've stolen her phrase 'ramparts for the soul' many times).
